ConvertKit Migration

  • If you signed up for CK through my affiliate link, be sure to enter that email so I can properly provide a discount on your invoice.

  • Forms / Landing Pages / Integratrions

    Enter each form, landing page, or other integration that will need to be migrated to use ConvertKit. URLs can be helpful too.

    Example:

    • Footer form (all pages)
    • Sidebar form (blog pages)
    • Contact Form optional subscribe
  • One form/URL per line.
  • Please provide details here if you have any forms that require a dropdown select or additional fields beyond first name and email address.

  • Lists / Tags / Groups / Segements

    Terminology: In MailChimp and Aweber you have lists. In Infusionsoft and Ontraport you have tags, groups, or saved searches. Let me know what doesn''t need to be brought over to ConvertKit. It could be a duplicate of something or anything outdated (old event, old webinar).

  • Sequences and Auto-responders

    Do you have sequences or automated emails?

    Example:

    • Welcome Series
    • How to Print Digital Download

    How Sequences Connect to Forms:

    I need to know which forms connect to which sequences.

    Example:

    • [Welcome Series] connects to [Footer form] and [Sidebar form]
    • [How to Print Digital Download] connects to [Purchase]
    • [Contact Form] optionally allows user to subscribe to [Welcome series]

  • Account Access

    In order to successfully create the migrate, I will need access to #allthethings.

    Common Logins:

    • Current Email Marketing Service (MailChimp/Infusionsoft/Aweber)
    • ConvertKit
    • Website (WordPress)
    • LeadPages
    • Form Plugins (SumoMe, Bloom)

    Please create me an administrator account for your WordPress website. All other logins should be shared with me via LastPass. Feel free to wait until after contract signing to share passwords.

  • When is the next billing cycle for your current email provider? I will do my best to complete the migration prior to your next billing cycle, but you should except one month of overlap (which isn't a big deal with my 30-day free trial link above, right? ;). An estimated completion date will be provided to you after you complete this form if one hasn't been already.
